How you treat orders that contain products missing in my storefront?

Shopping Feed tries to import all orders made on marketplace channels you have opened. If an order contains a SKU that Shopping Feed doesn’t recognize, the order will fail to import back to your storefront. You will be notified via email of that specific order and you will also be able to see this failed order in your Order Pane in Shopping Feed. Shopping Feed will continue to try importing the order until it sees the order has been successfully pushed back to the storefront or until you have requested us to stop importing the order back to your storefront.

NOTE: If an order fails to import, it is usually because your storefront cannot fully interpret the order details provided by the marketplace. You can edit the SKU's, billing address, and shipping address right from our order pane.
